Montreal, March 17, 2010 – Dessau, one of Canada’s largest engineering-construction firms, has donated $330,000 to the Centraide 2009 campaign.

Dessau has participated in Centraide campaigns since the charity’s founding which is a reflect of the firm’s desire to participate actively in helping the communities in which it is active. Dessau’s employees, believing wholeheartedly in Centraide’s mission of improving the quality of life for communities and their most vulnerable members, have continued to show their willingness to support the fundraising campaigns year after year.

“Not only did we surpass our objective, we raised the most funds ever donated by Dessau to a Centraide campaign. This result is proof of the tremendous generosity and energy of our employees who have demonstrated their commitment to the principle of mutual aid,” said Dessau’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Jean-Pierre Sauriol.
