Lepage boulevard, from LaPinière boulevard to Grande Allée boulevard

The main objective of this project was to provide services to a major commercial zone that includes Catania Business Park. This project included the design and the implementation of municipal services such as sanitary and storm sewers, waterworks, foundations, borders and pavement as well as public utilities and street lighting.

Unique aspects

This project also included the design of a double storm drainage system to respect the 7 litre/second/hectare retention standard set by the City for this sector.

The design of two (2) retention basins is also planned for this project.

• Archeological study;
• Topographic surveys;
• Preparation of the plans and specifications, cost estimates, technical reports and other project-related documents;
• Preparation of the application for an authorization certificate for submission to the Ministère de l’Environnement;
• Services during construction.
