Inventory and maintenance program — municipal infrastructures, roadways, sewers, waterworks (Longueuil) (2001 to 2004)    

Implementation and execution of an inventory and maintenance program for the municipality’s roadways, sewers and waterworks infrastructures to ensure the sustainability of infrastructures.  Services rendered: Assessment of the existing data and systems of the various boroughs; inventory and evaluation of the state of the infrastructures; data entry in the city’s Oracle database using specialized tools; analysis of maintenance and rehabilitation needs and priorities; economic analyses using specialized software; development of strategic intervention and maintenance programs; specific technical studies when required.   

Asset management for the City of Saint-Jérôme, roadways, sewers, waterworks (Saint-Jérôme) (2002 to 2003)

Development and implementation of an asset management program for the municipality.  Inventory of the roadways, sewers and waterworks infrastructures, and implementation of an intervention plan.  Services rendered: Integration of all waterworks, sewers and roadway networks into a georeferenced geomatic database; creation of a database linked to this geomatic cartography; data collection, inventory and updating of plans; data loading into the georeferenced database using specialized tools; evaluation of the condition, assessment, formatting and integration of data; data analysis using specialized software; preparation of the annual report indicating the list of priority projects.  

Urban infrastructure rehabilitation project priority management program (including sewers, waterworks and roadways) (Borough of Outremont) (2001 to 2004)

Creation of a database, inventory and inspection of all waterworks, sewers and roadway network components.  Services rendered: Integration of all waterworks, sewers and roadway networks into a georeferenced geomatic database; creation of a database linked to this geomatic cartography and containing all the characteristics of the waterworks, sewers and roadway network components; inventory and inspection of all waterworks, sewers and roadway network components; evaluation and assessment of these infrastructures; integration of identified anomalies and deteriorations into the database, and determination of quality level and degradation rates for these infrastructures using the computer software program; integrated analysis of the assessments of each infrastructure and development of a rehabilitation work priority list; production of a report containing inspection sheets for each network component, lists of anomalies and degradations by type and/or sector or section, a list of recommended rehabilitation works by intervention priority, as well as appropriate plans; option for the client to acquire the software used including its own database or to access it via the Internet in return for the payment of monthly user fees
