This project consisted in renewing the design life (30 years) of engineering works, structures, water carriage and production equipment stability and integrity of structures, while maintaining the hydroelectric power plant safe.  The back-up equipment was analyzed to assess the needs for a more powerful turbine-generator unit (30% and over).  Among the components analyzed:  evaluation adn rehabilitation of structures; repair or replacement of mechanical equipment for water carriage; repair or replacement of production equipment, including power plant's back-up equipment; replacement and modernization of auxiliary mechanical and electrical equipment.
