Turn-Key Construction, Maintenance and Operation Management of the Communty Hall in Outremont

Design and construction of a community and intergenerational leasure center as a turn-key project

The administration and management of the equipment and programs for a period of 5 years of the centre and the adjacent arena are included in this mandate and are subject to renewal.

The new community centre is adjacent to the existing arena.  The project includes :  a community centre providing recreational and cultural services, administration offices and a reception hall for 350 people.
