Dessau's project management and construction team is structured to allow the firm to offer project modes including general contracting, construction management, engineering-procurement-construction management (EPCM), engineering-procurement-construction (EPC – design-build) and public-private partnership (PPP). The firm's services include estimates, procurement and control (costs, scheduling, documentation, jobsites).
