CEPQ – Expo-Cité – Centre de foires (1997): The Centre de Foires building, with an area of 15,000 m2, is used primarily for exhibits of all kinds with large open areas. Several variable volume ventilation systems are used to ventilate and cool the building. The building is heated with natural gas by means of the ventilation units and with natural gas heaters at the doors. Dynamic compaction was used to consolidate the soil.

Musée des Beaux-Arts de Montréal – Pavillon Jean-Noël-Desmarais (Montreal) (1991): Expansion south of Sherbrooke St. opposite the existing museum. The Pavillon Jean-Noël-Desmarais was built to increase the exhibit surfaces as well as the areas used for the large permanent collection of the Musée des beaux-arts. This pavilion stands out as a result of the significant amount of light in each of the wings, which was achieved through the use of numerous solariums and skylights. An underground gallery measuring 25 meters wide runs under Sherbrooke St., connecting the two buildings.

Canada Museums Construction Corporation Inc. – Canadian Museum of Civilization (Hull) (1990): Construction of a national museum for Canadian history and culture. Responsible for electrical engineering projects as part of erecting this building, which has an area of 90,000 m2 and includes galleries, exhibit rooms, laboratories, offices, restaurants, stores, theatres, movie theatres, parking areas, warehouses and other specialized facilities.
