Dessau was mandated by Public Works Government Services Canada to Modify the existing HVAC system, power distribution, communication outlets and life safety/security systems to accommodate the requirements of new office layouts.

Services provided

Perform the necessary surveys, verify the existing documentation, prepare tender documents, provide supervision of the work services and issue final certification. In most instances the tender documents were prepared in a fast track mode and delivered on schedule
