Dessau Acquires GéoLab inc.
Jean-Pierre Sauriol, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dessau, is proud to announce the acquisition of GéoLab Inc., a Drummondville-based firm specialized in environmental management, geotechnics, and materials and quality engineering. The transaction will allow Dessau to benefit from GéoLab’s recognized expertise and capabilities in order to better serve clients in the Centre-du-Québec and Estrie regions. GéoLab will join LVM-Technisol, a Dessau subsidiary.
