Social Responsibility

Dessau is guided by the ethical principle that our projects should equally benefit clients and communities. The firm supports social development by promoting communication, collaboration and respect among all stakeholders. We also offer assistance to a number of charitable causes and play an active role in the communities in which we operate.

Through the Dessau Community Support Program, we recognize and reward employees who volunteer as well as the charities they represent. The program, which includes a Donations Policy, offers financial support and visibility to organizations that operate in the areas of community development, health and education. What is more, Dessau has been a proud partner of the United Way for more than 20 years, raising funds to help ensure that it can continue to improve quality of life for the most vulnerable members of our society.

2011 Christmas Food Baskets Filled With Generosity

The Dessau Community Support Program organized a food and donations drive at the company’s Quebec and Ontario offices. In total, we sent 2,614 items to 11 organizations that then used the donations to create Christmas baskets.
